With a well-balanced background as both a public and private urban planner, Jordan Evan Greenman, founder of J. E. Greenman Consulting, LLC has been widely recognized for his work in a variety of projects by his esteemed clients.

Jordan provides knowledgeable guidance in navigating complex governmental processes including entitlements (rezonings, building code modifications, use permits, variances, and appeals), land division (subdivisions, lot splits, easements, and abandonments), construction permitting (design review approvals, site plan approvals, and construction plan reviews) and public engagement (citizen participation programs, neighborhood engagement, and stakeholder communication).
Experienced and effective, his dynamic presentations at public hearings on behalf of his clients prove that he can be both personable and tenacious. He is an experienced problem-solver with a talent for removing obstacles that impede development. Prior to founding J.E. Greenman LLC, Jordan worked as an urban planner and abandonment coordinator at the City of Phoenix. He brings an in-depth knowledge of the interworkings and processes of the City's Planning and Zoning Department to all his clients.
