Jordan Greenman is a seasoned land use and zoning attorney with a unique blend of legal insight and planning experience. Before founding J.E. Greenman LLC, he worked as an urban planner and abandonment coordinator for the City of Phoenix, giving him first-hand knowledge of municipal processes and a practical understanding of how projects move from concept to approval.
Known for his clear, confident presentations at public hearings, Jordan combines tenacity with approachability — earning trust while effectively advocating for his clients.

Jordan holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan’s Taubman College, where he focused on developing cities, and a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University. He earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he further sharpened his ability to navigate the intersection of law, land use, and community design.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys playing hockey, exploring new places, and recently fulfilled a lifelong dream by purchasing a home in Japan — a reflection of his passion for global cities and cross-cultural urban design.
