Urban Planning, Zoning, and Land Use
Consulting and Representation
Jordan Evan Greenman is a land use and zoning attorney. Jordan uses his extensive knowledge of development processes in municipalities and counties across the Valley and Arizona to guide developers and property owners through every aspect of real estate development, from land use entitlements and zoning to site plan and design review. Before beginning law school at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Jordan was an Urban Planner at the City of Phoenix.
Jordan works with his clients to effectively design and position development projects to anticipate and address potential issues, and leverages his relationships with community leaders, municipal staff, and elected officials to build the consensus that is essential for a successful project.
Urban planning is the marriage between people and their surroundings. It is how the built environment influences human interaction. Our zoning and land use consultants will facilitate zoning entitlements and procurement of necessary permits for your project and negotiate for government inducements to foster project profitability. We specialize in developing creative solutions to difficult land use, design, and development questions. We take pride in making connections and creating synergies between our core practice areas.
Experienced and effective, his dynamic presentations at public hearings on behalf of his clients prove that he can be both personable and tenacious. He is an experienced problem-solver with a talent for removing obstacles that impede development. Prior to founding J.E. Greenman LLC, Jordan worked as an urban planner and abandonment coordinator at the City of Phoenix. He brings an in-depth knowledge of the interworkings and processes of the City's Planning and Zoning Department to all his clients.

Property Research and Due Diligence
Don't buy a property without talking to us first! Realtors love telling customers statistics like density and allowable area without properly investigating project-hindering issues such as parking, setbacks, access, easements, height restrictions, etc. We do the research for you, and we can create conceptual site plans that show what actually can be done on the site before you make a big investment. Our team has the background and experience to help start your project on the right track.

Right of Way Abandonments
Cities and towns have the ability to privatize and sell streets, alleys, and other rights of way if an applicant can prove the right of way is no longer needed for public use. Our team will draft a convincing narrative and deliver a presentation to the relevant hearing officer that will increase your property value and give you more land.
